Yes! Because we offer private consultations, it is indeed necessary to call ahead for an appointment. We offer one-on-one meetings with our clients in a professional office setting where clients need buzzed access to enter the office building. We specialize in custom invitations with optional add-on guest addressing and invitation assembly/stuffing services.  To coordinate with your invitations, we also offer other stationery add-ons such as place cards, programs and menus. We offer favors as well, along with wrapping and assembly services. Last but not least, as your one-stop-shop, we can also provide rentals for your big day! 

We offer many types of printing such as raised, or flat digital printing as well as foil and letterpress. Some of our raised printing options include thermography, screen-printing and UV printing. Choosing the printing type will depend on the look you would like to achieve as well as your budget. 

We offer digital envelope addressing which is a lesser-expensive and quicker option to hand-calligraphy. Our digital envelope addressing provides a professional high-end look to your envelopes where the ink and lettering style matches your invitation for an elegant and cohesive look. 

For invitations, it is required to leave a 50% cash or check deposit. Checks will need to be made out to "Yvonne's Invitations & Favors LLC." Balances can be paid with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover), or cash but no checks will be accepted for final payment. To avoid a 3% finance fee when using your credit card, we also accept and can process your credit card as debit. When paying for other services such as favors and accessories, payments are due in full upon placing order via cash, credit or debit card. 

Because of the customized and personalized nature of our services, there are no refunds once proofs are approved and product is ordered for production. If orders are cancelled prior to production, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit fee to cover the time and labor already spent on your order. In addition, it is important to note that design work or proofs as well as any vendor cancellation fees and materials already ordered may not be refundable and can be charged in excess to this 25% non-refundable fee which is deducted from your deposit.
