website, and locally by appointment. We have a showroom in Hicksville, Long
Island where we can meet our clients by appointment only. If you would like to

Our online boutique is open at your convenience 24/7, however if you need phone support, these are our hours of operation:

What happens if I find an item from this shop cheaper elsewhere?
We will gladly beat any competitor's pricing! Just let us know where you found the same item. Unfortunately, this does not apply to our Etsy Shop product.
How do I order Samples?
If you are interested in an invitation sample, locate the invitation you are interested in and click on the "request a sample" link. If it does not provide you with the option, please contact us to request. If you are interested in a favor sample, you will need to order the minimum case pack available for that favor (for example, a set of 4) since favors are not offered in singles.
Are your Samples Free?
Unless we are running a particular promotion involving free samples, there will be a small fee associated with sample orders. However, if you decide to go forward and place your invitation order with us, we will credit you the cost of samples purchased in your final order total. This applies to a limit of up to 6 samples purchased through us even if they differ from your final selection. If you are placing your order online, be sure to let us know you have placed your sample order previously with us so we can look up your sample transaction and credit you appropriately.
How soon will I get my order?
Most of our social invitations and stationery will print and ship the same day. Some invitations may have a production time of 3-5 business days due to its intricate and detailed nature, or drying process involved. Business Stationery & Office Products will ship in approximately 5 - 7 days. Custom orders and made-to-order product can take more time. If you are unsure of the production or shipping time of your order, please contact us.
NOTE: Most invitation/stationery orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7days) to your order’s production time based on your location and shipping service level. For an expedited shipping service, please indicate method in special instructions section within the checkout process. All Etsy Shop orders ship 2-Day Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Please allow enough time for your order to arrive to you in time for your event, based on production & shipping lead times. Shipping upgrades are possible at extra cost. Rush order fees may apply.
What is Flexible Pricing?
We understand times tough; however you should not have to compromise quality or service to meet your budget. We offer flexible pricing and are willing to work within your budget. Contact us for more details. If you have a promo code, please be sure to enter it upon checking out of your online order. If you do not have a promo code and would like to receive one, please reach out to us and we will gladly let you know if we are running a promotion that particular day or week that you can take advantage of.
What are Promo Codes?
Promo codes are discount codes that are advertised, entitling customers to receive special discounts. Codes/discounts may vary, depending on the type of promotion we may be advertising at a particular time. Customers need to enter the promo codes at checkout in order to receive the discount.
Where do I find these Promo Codes?
Discount codes are advertised randomly throughout bridal publications, bridal online sites and on our facebook pages. If you do not have a promo code and would like to receive one, please contact us and we will gladly let you know if we are running a promotion that particular day or week that you can take advantage of.
Where do I enter the Promo Code?
Please enter promo codes on shipping information page at checkout where it asks for ID Code. You can also enter the discount code in the special comments section.
How is the Promo Discount Applied? Why isn’t my Promo Code working at Checkout?
When entering your promotion code upon checkout of your online order, the discount will not reflect immediately. Your credit card does not get charged automatically upon check-out. We process your credit card after we receive and review your order for any questions or mistakes. The amount actually charged will be reflective of the discount for the promo code you enter. We will mail you an itemized receipt indicating the new discounted total that was charged to you.
Do you offer Discounts or Special Rates to Event/Party Planners?

What Collections are Excluded from Discounts?
Discounts exclude the following invitation collections: Disney, Jean M., Royal Doulton, Precious Moments, Chloe B., Naturally Ever After, Paper Duvet, Exclusive Collection II, Red Leaf Papers and Internet Exclusive. Discounts are also excluded from any custom, made-to-order product and Etsy Shop product.

What is your refund policy?
Because of the customized and personalized nature of most of our product, there are no refunds. For invitations, if you have any doubts at all about how the final presentation will look, we strongly suggest you purchase a professional proof from us at a small fee. Once you review and approve the proof (with or without changes), we will then place your order into production. Once your order is put into production, changes cannot be made. If you are ordering customized Etsy Shop product, we will automatically provide a proof to you at no extra charge, on most items.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as forms of payment. We do not accept checks, money orders or wire transfers. Payment in full is due at the time your order is placed.
Do you offer Calligraphy?
Although we do not provide “hand-calligraphy”, we offer you an alternate more convenient and less expensive addressing online service where we professionally imprint your envelopes to give it that high-quality “hand-addressed look”.
Pricing as follows for black ink:
$1.50 per Outer Envelope
$1.25 per Inner Envelope
$2.75 per Set - Outer & Inner Envelope
For colored ink, ad $7.50 per order.
The first step is for you to place your Carlson Craft invitation order online. In the special instructions section of your online order, please indicate to us that you will be using our Addressing Online service. This will prompt us to hold your order until we receive your addressing information. It is important that you notify us of this, otherwise your invitation order will get processed and shipped without the addressing portion.
Assuming you have already placed your Carlson Craft invitation order online with us, use this separate website to take you directly to the addressing online service: www.addressingonline.com.
Once you are on this site, be sure to follow these steps:
(1.) Enter your email address & password
(2.) Title your list and enter your guests’ addresses.
(3.) When you are finished creating your addresses, submit your list. You will receive a confirmation #.
(4.) Once you receive your confirmation #, email or call us right away with it so that we can
process and ship your order with the addressing portion on the envelopes.
